Scott R. Mason

Practice Areas:  Accounting, auditing, tax, financial institutions, not-for-profit and management consulting.

Biographical Notes:  Mr. Mason is a partner at Baune Dosen & Co LLP where he heads the audit and accounting practice with over 20 years of experience.

He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of small business, emerging growth, consulting, financial institutions, construction companies and information technology. Mr. Mason recently began conducting network and PC intrusion testing, an area he recognized as a particular concern to financial institutions.

Mr. Mason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.

He serves on the America's Regional Management Committee for ACPA International, an international group of accounting firms. He serves on his church's Finance Council, is a past City Planning Commissioner, and is a past Chairman of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants Financial Reporting Committee.
